What You Bring

• Educational Background: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure: Current and valid medical license to practice in Connecticut.
• Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Experience: At least one year of post-licensure primary care experience or three years of other post-licensure practice experience.
