Primary Care Physician

Location : Fort Morgan, Colorado.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to serve the Fort Morgan, Colorado community. This role offers the unique opportunity to build a primary care practice in a newly renovated facility while collaborating with a cardiology team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a rural setting.
• Provide exceptional patient care with phone-only call responsibilities shared across a large group.
• Shape and develop a vision for outstanding primary care in the community.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Primary Care.
• Active Colorado medical license preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary of $246,000–$274,000 with potential quality/productivity bonuses.
