Physical Therapist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Albuquerque ,NM .This is a full-time, permanent role involves delivering high-quality physical therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with professional principles and practices. You will play a critical role in developing treatment plans, supervising support staff, managing cases, and fostering positive relationships with clients and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services that align with the principles and practices of physical therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver skilled therapy tailored to patients' medical needs.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides, ensuring quality care and compliance.
• Contribute to effective case management and maintain detailed, accurate documentation of treatment goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Adhere to state-specific Practice Acts and laws governing Physical Therapy practices and supervision.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with facilities, clients, and staff, while enhancing and expanding client relations.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from a physical therapy education program .
• State licensure/registration as applicable.
