Teamwork Therapies is looking for a full-time, part-time, or per diem Occupational Therapist for our Tracy and Stockton location in California. We are seeking highly qualified, motivated, and compassionate individuals to join our dedicated team of therapists. We encourage dynamic individuals interested in working with children from birth to 18 years in a clinic-based environment to apply. Our facility features all pediatric disciplines including Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT) and Early Intervention Services (EIS).
Responsibilities:

Conducts evaluations consistent with and appropriate for clients.

Designs a treatment plan that is goal oriented based upon interpretation of evaluation results and client’s goals.

Establishes goals that are Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant and Time-bound
-
Performs re-evaluations per insurance criteria with modifications/updates of goals as dictated by client’s progress.

Effective written and oral communication skills
Qualification:
Minimum Education:
-
Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
Minimum Experience:
-
Experience in conducting evaluations in both Pediatric clinics and Home settings is preferred.

1-year working experience in pediatrics preferred.
-
Required skills include planning, administering, scoring, and interpreting tests related to development in motor coordination and adaptive skills.

Required Certification and/or Registration:

License from the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)

OTR License (Required)
