Job Description:

We are seeking a  Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will provide counseling, case management, and support services to individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social services, and community resources to support clients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
• Implement evidence-based interventions and crisis management strategies
• Advocate for clients’ well-being and access to necessary resources

Requirements:

• Active Florida LCSW license  
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience working with diverse populations and mental health conditions
• Strong knowledge of case management, crisis intervention, and therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
