Position: Full-Time Internal/Family Medicine Physician
Locations: Shelton (2 locations), Oxford, and Southbury, CT
Compensation: $250,000 - $325,000 with comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to patients
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Ensure thorough documentation of patient information to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
