Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure: Current or eligibility for a Connecticut medical license.
• Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
