Job Description:
We are seeking a Center Manager (PT or OT) to lead the operations of our therapy center and deliver exceptional patient care. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving center profitability while maintaining a full patient caseload. The Center Manager will oversee staff performance, create a positive work environment, and establish strong relationships with referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage center operations, employee relations, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee financial performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategic improvements.
• Develop and execute marketing/sales plans to build and maintain referral sources.
• Deliver patient care, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to state practice acts.
• Foster a positive team culture to enhance staff morale and retention.
• Maintain licensure, CPR certification, and continuing education compliance.
• Provide staff development opportunities and uphold high clinical care standards.
